Many of us sacrifice our well-being for who and what we care about.  This deep caring is beautiful, yet often engaged in unsustainably.    

Imagine if we truly included ourselves in our circle of care.  What if we knew and lived from that place of our innate worthiness.  What if we lived in such a way that we could say to our children, our loved ones, “Do as I do”  rather than “Do as I say, not as I do” ?  

During this eight week, you will be guided to stretch, breathe, and direct your attention inward.  You will be empowered to listen to yourself first.  You will self-reflect and there will be time to journal or draw and to connect with the group. 

Each week a theme will be woven into the evening, as we explore worthiness, sustainability, and empowerment.  Some examples of themes are; the gift of anger (hint: boundaries), the power of mistakes, trauma is held in our bodies, and honoring both intuition and logic.

This therapeutic yoga series blends postures with mindfulness and is appropriate for those new to, and familiar with, yoga.  For this offering you need your phone/computer, a mat, a journal and/or drawing materials, some space for movement, comfy clothes and your curiosity.
 

Thursdays 7:00 to 8:30 pm (Sask time / MT)

10 attendees maximum

Nature's Yoga

Outdoors

This offering is inspired by how connection with the outdoors feeds my soul all year long.  When my daughter was young, I would often do yoga in the snow as she played.  I have discovered there is a special sweetness to yoga in the elements.  In this time of covid, it feels fitting and needed to share this gift of nature meeting yoga with you.

Twice monthly.  Sundays at noon.

Currently on pause...  

In a local Saskatoon park.  Usually Harold Tatler but we will go exploring elsewhere sometimes.

Dress for the weather.  I am happy to offer clothing tips to support your enjoyment of your time outside.

Physical distancing (6ft apart) applies.  Limit of 5 attendees.  Session is 1 hour.

Fee is a sliding scale of $5-$20 per session.  Please pay what is appropriate for you by e-transfer.

This therapeutic yoga series will support you in building strength and balance both physically, and mentally.  In this inclusive and invigorating class, modifications to poses will be offered and always welcome.  

 

This class is appropriate for you if you can both lay on the floor and stand.  No past yoga experience needed - classes will include postures, breath, and awareness practices.

 

For this offering you need a phone/computer, a mat, perhaps a chair, some space for movement, and comfy clothes.

This offering is an invitation to step away from your screen and bring nourishment and renewal to the middle of your day through flowing mindful movement, embodiment and directed awareness.  

 

For this offering you need a phone/computer, a mat, some space for movement, and comfy clothes.  

 

2 blocks and a strap are recommended, though optional.
