Online Yoga for Resilience

Take action to support yourself and our community through these online yoga classes.  These uncertain times can  be overwhelming and stressful for many of us, and these sessions are intended to bring more ease and direction into your days.

  • Each offering begins with guided movements and practises to support your centring in the present moment; the postures will then slow down and become more meditative.

The attendees will build their individual resilience through compassionate and experiential learning, while also supporting our broader community’s resilience through donations to the Saskatoon Covid-19 Community Response Fund.

Fridays in May at 2pm-3pm CST

These classes are by donation and happen online through Zoom
