This therapeutic yoga series will support you in building strength and balance physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

 

In this inclusive class, modifications to poses will be offered and always welcome.  
No past yoga experience needed - classes will include postures, breath, and awareness practices.


For this offering you need a phone/computer, a mat, some space for movement, and comfy clothes.  Optional props include two yoga blocks, a strap/scarf, bolster, chair, and firm blanket/towel.

 

Dates:            Wed 10:00-11:00am (Sask time)
                      Jan 19 – Mar 30, 2022

                      (No class Feb 23)

Location:  Online via Zoom

Full series:              $100 CAD

 

Drop-ins are welcome if there is room:
                                $15 CAD / class


If cost is a barrier a reduced cost can be arranged.

10 attendees maximum

Take time each week to slow down, release stress, and return to your centre. 
 
This class weaves together yoga postures and breath practices with embodiment, compassion and mindfulness.   Emphasis is not on touching your toes, but instead on uncovering your capacity to bring your best self to your life.    This class is appropriate for those new to, and familiar with, yoga.  You will be supported and empowered to adapt the class to meet your needs.  Please bring a yoga mat, your curiosity, and wear comfy clothing for movement.
